Welcome to Coolcronan, the best salmon angling on the River Moy

Coolcronan is a unique Private Fishery, offering anglers over 1 mile of the best double bank fishing on the Lower Moy.

Rods are strictly limited, so the taking fish are available to fewer anglers. Also, a well organised Rota avoids overcrowding on any one pool.

Various improvements have been made such as:-

The car park at the Cable pool, just yards from the river bank.
A caravan on site for making tea or resting should the weather be inclement.
A second boat that is now available for moving up and down the fishery quickly.
Clearings at each of the pools to allow fishing from the bank at all levels of the river, without spoiling the woodland character of the place plus easier access where the banks are very steep.
