Set amongst aged woods and parkland, on the banks of the famous River Moy

David and Patricia Dodd, the owners of Coolcronan Stud, have an extensive equestrian background and many of their horses have gone on to compete at international level.

Every year, they breed and produce a number of young horses that, after competing at the renowned Dublin Horse Show are then sold to their clients from Britain, Germany, Canada and the USA.

They breed their own stock from a selection of mares that have been well proven in competition and that pass their success on to their offspring.

David competes at top national events in both show jumping and showing.
